I really enjoy living here! Great location!
Awesome! So many great restaurants & shopping.
Not worth the price.
My friends, neighbors, boyfriend, & I will not be renewing our leases. Customer service is non-existent. If you have a maintenance issue, you re lucky if it gets done within a month or if the problem even gets reported to the office. They need to fire their answering service & hire more office staff to internally handle their tenants. I would highly discourage anyone thinking of leasing here.

Maintenance request have not been completed.
I have put in a maintenance request numerous months ago for my dishwasher that was not properly attached to the countertop. The dishwasher was never fixed. I have attempted to fix it myself numerous times but the screws still fall out of the countertop and the dishwasher falls out whenever opened.
Apartments are great but maintenance is not very timely
The apartments are great and very up to date. The fire alarm has been going off at random times which is really annoying. The maintenance team is not very quick at responding to problems. For example, there are several doors around the complex that do not work so anyone can access the building. On a good note, the parking garage security is wonderful. They do a very good job of keeping the place safe and I have never had a problem finding a parking spot.
It's in great location and is only a few years old. Having the garage is really nice!
I would say it is a good place to live because of the location and the fact that it is a new apartment. The customer service at the front desk is okay, not the best. I do not feel that I could ask for anything more than the minimum.
