I've been a tenant at this complex for 3 years. After the purchase by new owners 02/2014, any semblance of landscaping maintenance literally stopped cold. The grass is cut a couple of times a month, however, the actual landscaping i.e. hedges, are now out of control and strangled by invasive weeds that are not removed. If you enjoy reliable hot water, go someplace else. I've not had reliable hot water for over a year. When the water is actually on, I mean. Water is shut off for anywhere from 4-9 hours at a stretch at least once a week due to issues with one building that was involved in a fire during summer 2014. It's now September 2015 and the burned bldg is still vacant, but is supposedly being renovated, which is why they can't keep the water on. As of today 09/10/2015 they are starting to shut off power. Notification rec'd today that power will be shut off for 5 hours on 09/11/15. 24 hour advance notice of power being shut off, and now they won't answer the phones. There are several elderly residents here that cannot just go somewhere else during the day when they shut off the electricity. To say nothing of tenants that must go to work and leave pets inside apartments for which there will be no air conditioning. I am currently looking to move out of this complex, which was a nice, well maintained complex when I moved in. Now it looks trashy with overgrown bushes, knee high weeds, outdoor building lights that have burned out and not been replaced, even after several notifications to management. I would not recommend anybody move in to this complex. Unless you don't use or need a reliable source of water or power, because you won't

Lived here for over a year and have had more issues than positives. Although the complex is going through a slow upgrade there is still a lot to desire from its staff. The young lady is nice but the manager is rude and impersonal. They are quick to harass you for their money but slow when it comes to getting things done. When they do get around to it, its usually a band aid fix. Also if you plan on living here during a snow or ice period don't expect them too help clear the drives and walkways. They'd rather stay home than to help ensure the residents are safely getting around, so hold on to your little ones. Be weary of their billing cycle, its all shared water and trash service and it doesn't matter if you don't use a lot of water you're still helping to cover someone else's excessive use. The cost of living here isn't too bad it just needs a friendlier staff who actually know customer service and have a heart.
