You pay for what you get

I have lived at Hunters Green for almost a year and it's quite most of the time. They are attempting to make things better but it's a work in progress. Little slow and getting maintanace issues corrected but when they do its quality work and generaly done right the first time. Have noticed that in the past few months that the rental standards have seemed to gone down. It may just be my opinion but I have seen some things that have made me question.
Trash in and around the dumpsters pile up and seems to take forever to get picked up. I know this is more of a City scheduling problem but does take away from the Apt's looks. The pool stays clean and they just built some new additions around the pool so it's a nice place to hangout on the weekends and the maintance does a good job of staying ontop of the lighting around the complex making it safer for those of us who live here.
Parking isn't really an issue unless you are a visitor. Visitor parking is limited around the front half of the complex and is located mostly in the back of the complex. There isn't a lot of problems, theft's or break-in's and they have Security Officer who lives on site which is a plus. So all in all it's a good place to live.

Nice complex. Very quiet. Would be better if had choice for U-verse again.

living in a construction zone, constant warning beeps, and noise. Kids tearing up the tennis court by hanging on net. Unattended, left to destroy at will. Tennis flood lights left on all night, glarring into apartment.

I love it. The grounds are well maintained. The apartment exterior is getting work done. The apartment staff from office to maintenance is so nice and professional. When a service request is done, the repair/service is done quickly without repeated complaints required.

Two buildings each have an exterior light not working. Both lights illuminate the dumpsters on the west side of the complex. One light is on the end of a building just north of the mail boxes and the other light is on the building just south of the mail boxes. These two buildings are perpendicular to Overton Ridge Circle and each light is on the butt end of the building where there are no windows. These two lights also illuminate an area of parking between the two dumpsters so that pedestrians may be seen crossing Overton Ridge Circle on the way to and from their cars.
Would you please fix these exterior lights to add illumination to the dumpsters for the safety of people carrying out trash at night and also for the safe illumination of that part of Overton Ridge Circle for pedestrian safety.
