I'm new to the Fort Worth area (just moved from Austin) and I have to say I'm pretty impressed with this apartment. I love the proximity to everything. I'm about a 10 minute drive to downtown (during morning traffic) and several quality grocery stores are right by it (Central Market and Trader Joes are a minute drive away). The front office and maintenance are very friendly and make an effort to say hello to you. The rooms seem to follow the upscale apartment trend (wood floors, granite countertops, etc.) and they designed the room very well. One thing to be aware of is the proximity of the trains and highway. I have a room facing the highway and while the noise doesn't bother me it might bother others. If some noise is an issue I would recommend looking at rooms facing the courtyard. Overall, my experience has been very positive since moving here (over a month now) and if you are looking for an apartment you should definitely take a tour.
