I have lived here for a little less than a year. BIGGEST mistake. My particular unit has various touch ups of paint in a variety of shades throughout....MOST of the workmanship in the unit is pathetic at best. One of my bathrooms has been unusable since I moved in due to the faucet corrosion. There is water damage to the cabinets that they painted over instead of fixing properly. The drain under my sink was not even properly connected. The person that lived here prior had a dog. I am certain they lost their deposit, however the damage to the unit was not repaired. The window sills are chewed up and the maintenance decided it would be acceptable to just paint over it. The biggest issue here is the riff raff that has moved in over the course of the last few months. Complaints to the office are not addressed and taken seriously. do not be fooled by the reasonable rent...there is a price to pay for it. the parking is awful. The people that live here are VERY inconsiderate of their neighbors....parking in the handicap spots, middle of the night disruptive behavior, trash piled up, dog poo everywhere. This is not just my experience. Many of my neighbors feel the same. The management is ineffective.

NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN. THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. FROM THE OUTSIDE THIS LOOKS LIKE A GOOD COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN BUT ONCE YOU SIGN THE LEASE AND GET MOVED IN ITS NOT SO NICE. IT TAKES THEM FOREVER TO GET ANYTHING FIXED AROUND HERE AND WHEN THEY DO FIX IT THEY DON'T DO IT THE RIGHT WAY. THE HOT WATER IS ALWAYS GOING OUT AND SOMETIMES IT TAKES THEM A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET IT BACK UP AND WORKING. WHEN WE MOVED IN THIS PLACE WAS FILTHY, CARPET WAS WET AND THINGS WERE NOT IN WORKING ORDER. YOU THINK THEY WOULD CHECK THESE THINGS BEFORE THEY LET A TENNANT MOVE IN BUT THEY DON'T. THE MANAGEMENT LIKES TO BLAME THESE ISSUES ON THE MANAGEMENT THAT WAS THERE BEFORE. AND IF YOU DO DECIDE TO MOVE IN STAY CLEAR FROM UNIT #704 WHICH IS ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR NEXT TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM. IT IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. WE LEARNED THIS THE HARD WAY. AS SOON AS WE MOVED IN MY SON STARTED GETTING BITES ON HIS ARMS AND I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT HE WAS GETTING BITE BY FOR THE LONGEST TIME UNTIL I SAW A BED BUG CRAWLING ON THE WALL. WE NEVER HAD A BED BUG PROBLEM BEFORE LIVING HERE AND WE HAD ALL NEW FURNITURE WHEN WE MOVED IN. WE HAD TO THROW OUT MOST OF THE FURNITURE AND PAY FOR THE BED BUG TREATMENT WHICH WAS OVER $450. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AS SOON AS OUR LEASE IS UP WE ARE OUT OF HERE. I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE -20 STARS IF I COULD
