Windows don't open, or actually fall out when trying to open them.
The mobile home we rented is small, which is ok, but it looks as if the kitchen was added as an afterthought. One drawer in the kitchen. Four small cupboards.
No dishwasher, which is ok, but the double sink is way to small to wash dishes in--barely is the size of a dinner plate.
Cabinet door fell off it's hinges. Office was notified, but no one ever came to repair it.
Drawer is messed up in the refrigerator, very hard to open and close.
Guess we should be lucky the mobile home comes with a stove and refrigerator.
Soon after moving in, we noticed roaches; we notified the office about it, wanting them to get an exterminator before it got out of hand. Their response was that everyone has roaches in their homes, and they'll go away! Yes, they did, after WE took steps to get rid of them.
Trim board around the mobile home is missing where the floor and wall meet; looks unfinished and tacky.
I recommend staying clear of Ashli Oaks. Avoid it like the plague!
