The staff made a nice first impression. They all seemed genuinely vested in the interest of their prospective residents. They were very cordial and pleasant. The grounds were orderly but seemed to be lacking a wow factor. The apartments were very nicely upgraded, and these upgrades were highly regarded by the staff.

The leasing professional, in her presentation to me was very disinterested and not engaged at all.

The upkeep of the property was great. I wish the agent would have provided a tour of the outside amenities such as the pools and work out facility or even the great pond.

It is a fairly decent community, that is reasonably priced and centrally located near the Dallas North Tollway, which provides many shopping centers and restaurants.

The leasing professional was extremely helpful and friendly. I would be very likely to recommend this community to others.

The agent was the best agent I have spoken to on the phone and toured with. I was amazed with her quality of work and energy. She described the apartment features and the community amenities so well I would have left a deposit before even visiting the community.
