I have had a third-floor apartment at 7421 for three years. The air conditioning is insufficient. It runs over 20 hours a day and yet it still gets above 80 degrees indoors almost every day in July with the blinds, windows and doors closed. In August and September it gets up to 78 or 79. My electricity bills exceed $130 in the summer. Management will not do anything about this other than make sure the AC unit is functioning, which it is.

People leave cigarette butts, don't always clean up after their dogs, and occasionally drive too fast in the parking lot.

Management attempts to raise rent well above the consumer price index for DFW, but they will negotiate if you press them on this point.

Everything I could possibly need is within a 3 mile radius and I have convenient access to the Tollway / George Bush. Additionally, the staff is very responsive to requests.

For me it was simple, I was able to get an attached garage with a great amount of space inside the apartment, and all in a residential/convenient neighborhood! If you want to be within reach to nearby shopping or entertainment without all the hustle and bustle, lease here!
