TX heat vs Apt.
Moved in 3 weeks ago and already regret it!!!! If you want to live in a sauna then this is the perfect place. The air conditioning system is very poor. Best temperature reading in apt in this TX heat is 85 degrees. Maintenance has "worked" on it three times resulting in no change. Run, run fast. Cheap for a reason.
