The washing machine has been out for a few months on the 8th floor without being fixed. The elevators keep going out. Parking is a nightmare. Roaches are still coming into our apartments even after pest control. Even with a/c off during day, the electric bill is still high.

Maintenance and the handling of service requests can be hit or miss. This is the second day that my apartment is without AC, and it's currently 80 degrees in my apartment. I've called, emailed, put in multiple requests, and it hasn't been fixed. I plan on moving out as soon as my lease is up.

Please make sure you know what you are spending your money on!!!! The majority of your rental payment is going toward the lobby decor, media area, pool area, fitness rod, and the overall "face-lift". The actual apartment "living area" itself is HORRIBLE!!!! Extra THIN walls! You can hear other tenets just as if they were in the same room with you. Also you can SMELL whatever anyone is cooking since the walls are so thin. Parking is very complicated and everything inside of the actual "living area looks cheap!!!!

BE CAREFUL OR KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE WORK OR NONWORKING HABITS/HOURS AND SOCIAL DEMANDS OF YOUR NEIGHBORS. ASK LEASING OFFICE QUESTIONS REGARDING THESE THINGS.

I would say it looks like a nice place and they're beautiful apartments, great pool, nice grass, friendly neighbors but unfortunately the management team there does not know what they are doing. They have confused me for another resident the moment i moved in sending me evicting letter even though I always pay my rent on time as well as my bills. THIS HAPPENS EVERY MONTH IT IS RIDICULOUS AND FRUSTRATING, AND EVERY TIME I GO DOWN THERE TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON THEY MAKE ME WAIT A RIDICULOUSLY LONG TIME, JUST SO THEY CAN TELL ME "Oh disregard it, my fault, sorry about it." I am moving out as soon as my lease is up, they always send me fines and letters I will NOT be surprised if i find one outside my door today. Management Team please do your job right and identify the right resident before you send an eviction letter for non-payment!! . Thank you Management team @ The View at Kessler Park for making my stay here unbearable.

I would tell them no. The complex is a little mismanaged. I had a huge issue getting my remote to work for the gate for the first week
My roomate had to wait a month before his clicker was put in the system.
I was locked out of the building I live in for 30 minutes because my key was not programmed into the system.
Overall my opinion on the view is terrible I cant wait for my lease to be over and get out

It's not a bad place, it's nice and quiet. But before they move in, they tell you they're doing renovations and that the floors are about to be stained a very pretty marble color. They weren't. They were ground down and stained very awful colors, and it looks look like they are cheap. It very much diminishes the quality and makes me sad to walk through the halls.

This community seemed like an excellent place to live. The specials were a great incentive and I would definitely recommend this community to others.

The leasing agent was professional and knowledgeable.

It's peaceful, convenient, and generally awesome.

Building is nice and improving; good location. The staff is friendly but disorganised, since they've been bad at letting me know what documents I need to sign and what to pay, and when each is due.

The community was under renovations. It would be neat to see the property after all renovations are complete.

One might appreciate the new face lift at this high rise community once it is finished.

This complex was very relaxing and innovative. I loved the scenery. I also there was a sense of security because every door had key access.

The staff and property were wonderful. There is still a lot of clean up that is needed around the property to get people to want to pay top rent for the units. The lobby was hot, as was each floor. We went on the fifth, sixth and seventh floor. However, it is a beautiful property.
