Reviews

Excellent

I plan on moving to my apartments the end of November apartments are very nice and have heard very good feed back on them. Very professional staff clean property nice appliances as well.

Think this will be a place I can call home!

LOVE IT

I currently live at Patriot Ridge and i must say, this being my 3 community to live at.... I am proud to call Patriot Ridge my home! When i tell people where i live they all respond with "Is that the pretty new ones on the hill?". All my family and freinds love visiting! The office staff is simply amazing and Scott goes above and beyond to make sure I along with other residents are well taken care of! During the recent snow storms, I was out of town and my wife who is expecting our first child was snowed in at work. I called scott and he was MORE than happy to feed our dog and take him out to potty. Possibly saving the life of my wife and unborn child! I dont know how to say "Thank You" enough to him! I've yet to have another community that i would trust to do that or that would even do that for a resident! My hat's off to Greystar for hiring such an amazing Staff andhaving such a great property!

HORRIBLE

I am a current resident and am desperate to find a way out. The bug problem is disgusting and we had ants in our apartment for months. They came and sprayed several times and they've finally settled down. The office staff is terrible now that Dee is gone. They have messed up our rent every single month and we've never complained about it, but the minute we come in to ask about why the water is freezing after one person showers, they act like you're the most annoyng person on the planet. Don't even get me started on the parking issue. Apparently the builders decided that they needed equal number of parking spots per one apartment, so if you are married/have a roommate and you live in the bottom four buildings, one person has to drive to the far back of the comex to park their car. The office staff is always changing, you never know who you're going to talk to and they're never on the same page. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, and it's not really fair to make noise complaints on people just living their life. I seriously am counting down the days until I can leave. We move in the first month they opened, so thankfully we are almost out!! 5 more months. I think I can I think I can!!
I agree and back up EVERYTHING in this post. I moved there due to my employer being 5 mins away but moved out WELL before my 7 month lease term was up due to all of the complaints you mentioned.... It got so bad on complaints I had to call the corporate office. The office staff is TERRIBLE!!! Madison was nice but Scott and the property manager (younger girl) are horrible. When you make a complaint, they treat you like you're a criminal.... I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends.... Great to look at but horrible once you are in.... The parking is RIDICULOUS!!!

Roach Village!

I visited a friend of mine and stayed a couple of days with her in her "NEW" apartment. I have never seen so many roaches in all my life! She just moved and she said they have sprayed her apartment so many times but she can't move because her lease is 12 months and they refused to let her move! OMG! I put all my stuff in garbage bags so I don't get any roaches in my clothes. I left as soon I could find a place to move to for the rest of my vacation. Sorry girl, but your roommates (roaches) are nasty germ carrying pests and if it were me I would brake that lease. Plus, it's suppose to be a new complex so how come you have so many problems? The appliances are cheap! cheap! cheap! and so is the carpet and flooring. I would not pay what you pay for a dump like that. It looks nice at first but once you in there, it's a totally different story. I recommend anyone to find somewhere else to move. Just talk to the residents there. I spoke with a few just to ask if they had the same problems and they all said the same thing, they are stuck in their lease but will move as soon as it is up. None of the office people live on site, that should tell you something.
Well I'm sorry to read this; I'm planning to move there in May but will most certainly investigate this, as I HATE bugs more than anybody!!  Thanks for the review.  I just wonder if this roach issue is limited to one building or area or if it's widespread.
I hate to give negative reviews, but I am going to have to agree. These apartments look nice as they are new, but there are far too many problems that I have had to deal with as a resident. The roach thing is a definite problem. They have sprayed my apartment several times in the 5 months I have resided at Patriot Ridge, and the roaches are still there! Its as if whatever they are spraying is making them stronger.
I currently live here at Patriot Ridge and i have never had a bug issue, Pest Control is here on property 2 days a week and ive never even had to request it! Maybe it was a cleanliness issue of the renter!

Great Apartments, Great Staff!!

These apartments were just built recently, which MUST be why no one has reviewed it yet. Otherwise, this place would be raving with other awesome reviews. Setting aside the great amenities (brand new, very nice appliances (including new washers and dryers in every unit), the remote control access gym, the nice pool, etc!!), the staff really puts the icing on this cake. My boyfriend and I were having horrible problems at our old apartment (which I will not bore you with on here), and Dee not only listened to our problems but also gave us advice on what to do.

While someone else gave us a tour of the apartments, Dee is the one we have really gone to since our decision to move in. She explained everything in full detail and still managed to explain it in an interesting way. Her and the other members of the staff are all very friendly and always willing to help (which is something of a rarity nowadays). Just wanted to say thank you Dee and everyone else for all of your help and for the awesome apartment!
