The staff was friendly and the small community included the upgrades that most people would enjoy.

The community has a lot of benefits and they are convenient to shopping and restaurants. They have activities to enjoy as a resident.

Great location, staff makes it very easy to like living here

This was a very trendy and appealing property. The interior entrances to the apartments, created a comfortable and safe environment that would certainly help create a low crime rate. The lobby had a high end coffee machine that was ready to use. It was stocked with nice and appealing varieties. The pool area was very nice and the view was amazing. I could see trendy uptown and the beautiful downtown skyline, all while enjoying the water and sun with friends. The gym was well accommodated, with plenty of machines and space. There was a television to view, while getting healthy. If you hate stairs, then you area in luck. This building had elevators and a covered garage parking all included. The apartments had high end finishes and little extras, like crown molding and cute built-ins. Overall it was a nice place to live, especially if you enjoy the trendy nightlife.

I love living here. The location is great and the staff is nice.

One thing that is a bother is the windows. We live in a corner unit and you can literally feel air coming through the cracks. When it is raining and windy rain will blow in. The problem is you can't fix it we were told because there is a giant pole in the corner and a very tiny area to get to the window. It would probably have to be fix on the outside of the building.

This is a nice apartment community that has a lot of nice amenities to offer. The apartments are spacious, updated and affordable. The pool area looks like a resort and the gym is open 24 hours. The leasing staff is very knowledgeable and personable. The surrounding community is booming and there are plenty of restaurants and shops to keep any resident busy.

i love the apartments as a whole, the parking garage takes some definite getting used to and is rough for me with a truck, but thats to be expected living in uptown. Office staff is great and always fast and Odi and the maintenance staff are super fast, guest parking can become a nightmare on the weekends cause of the obvious reason,

only complaint is dumpsters need a new home, the cluster of them hanging out in the exit is unacceptable super tight for bigger vehicles, my truck has a nice scrape off it cause of different placing each drive out so you can't get used to a certain way or exit from the basement in a big vehicle

I love my apartment layout and the maintenance team is amazing. The office staff is extremely helpful when it comes to the minor things like bringing packages up and assisting with any questions. Overall it is a great experience and if I wasn't leaving the state I would live here for a long time.

I enjoyed living at McKinney Uptown, minus the time when the apartment above us flooded and the water leaked down to our apartment causing server damage to the structure of our place. The staff did absolutely nothing to help us and we lived in a hotel for a week. It was as awful as it sounds. Moral of the story - make sure you have good renters insurance.

The agent was natural in her presentation. The pool and fitness area was very impressive and the overall community had a sophisticated uptown vibe to it.
