My comments above reflect why I am not inclined to recommend this community to family and friends. Generally, love the staff; hate the upkeep and facilities.

This property was nice. The layouts of the apartments were different. The leasing agent was polite and seemed eager to find me a home I would like.

I would because of the location. I would not because of the parking issues.

I would recommend it to someone after I disclose the bad parking situation.

I would because I have searched for apartments all over uptown and downtown and this is the best deal with the largest living space and nicest amenities

Great service and A+ location somewhat undermined by the inconvenience of the current parking snafu (upsetting given the cost of rent)

The community provides great views of the area and easy access to local bars and restaurants. It has spacious floor plans and all the amenities one could want.

The property is unique and in the heart of West Village. If you like city living and being in a hub of activity this is the place to be.

I thought that it was a really nice place. Everyone there was very helpful and they did a good job all the way around. There was nothing that was out of order. I would be very happy living there.

Well the reason I wouldn't want to lease from here doesn't have that much to do with the presentation. I just feel that the area is way to congested and not really the type of lifestyle that I would want for myself at this stage in my life maybe when I younger this type of trendiness and being in a happening area would have been what I wanted. This place makes me feel like a tourist instead of a potiential resident. And even though Vanessa was a very nice person and did a pretty good job with conducting the tour she just didn't show much energy or personality and maybe that is her personality to be reserved and laid back.

I would except the gym.

It is very loud a bit overpriced, but great location.
