I've been living in this property since 2011 and I've seen many employees come and go, I've had really good experiences with their great customer service HOWEVER!! The current and new manager (for the next couple of months) as they never last more than 6 is by far the rudest and arrogant ever, she will not listen to anyone and talks over you when you try to say something, being selective on who she "nice" to and who she raises their rent amount to the roof, we got into a heated argument and she threaten to call the police on me and kicked me out of "her office" again, for the next couple of months, I will personally advice anyone to think twice before renting here and avoid being humiliated by her, she even refused to provide me with the number or email for corporate until I leave the office and that she would call me to give it to me (big lie) never called, luckily for me my lease ends in a couple of months and won't have to deal with her attitude and arrogance
