Rent is expensive, office staff is rude and typically unhelpful. Mail system is a nightmare.

The safety is a concern. I have had my property vandalized more than a few times in the 3 years I’ve lived here. The parking garage gate is broken more times than not. The apartment complex is dirty and animal waste is rarely picked up. Despite all of that, my rent has increased fairly significantly each year I have renewed despite little to no value being added to the community.

I enjoy living here but the cleanliness and safety of the apartment has gone down significantly in the two years I’ve lived here. There are feces on the stairs, mud tracked around everywhere, pool is filthy, trash in the halls. There seems to be no one responsible for cleaning the facilities.

Would not recommend due to lack of security in the parking garage and around the complex. This complex NEEDS security cameras and a reliable gate/ security guard

No, the deal breaker is the fetch fee, the multiple break in happening within and outside the garage and as well as all the rent increases.

Would not. I’ve been lied to and treated extremely awfully. My rent price is also more than people with bigger/nicer apartments in the same building that signed their lease after me.

If forced to pay for and use fetch, I’m not sure I would recommend this apartment. We pay a lot of money to live here and it would be nice to receive packages when we’re supposed to.
