Its a comfortable living environment, and staff is really professional and helpful.

I have lived in the complex for about 1yr. It was easy to find parking space at first. Not anymore . Car has been hit and scratched several times while parked.. Dog boo boo every where. The up keep was good for the grounds but now it seems like anyone move here in now, who ever have Section 8. Took many kids, like it is over crowded. You can always hear the water running from the other units very clear.
Think twice before coming here.

This is actually a really good place to live. Many of the residents are really friendly and the staff in the main office are extremely friendly.

Living in the flats isn't bad. It's a nice community with nice residents and staff. Only problem is they go up on rent every time you renew your lease and don't really help if you have an issue with a neighbor.
