staining the stairway steps and possibly all floors. The current look does not represent luxury by any means. Gives a look of a lower income complex.

Only downside is the three story walk up. Everything else has been perfect.

Some things that you would expect from an apartment i did not receive from the office staff

See above comments about management, pool cleanliness, etc...

Safety, noise level, inability to control the loudness of the pool guests after pool hours

If someone needed to live in the general area, I would recommend the complex; however, I would make it a point to tell them to live on a top floor and to just lease a garage.

Based on experience I would. Based on value received for price I would not.

Nice, clean and modern community. Management is awesome. But be ready to pay the rental price!

Our personal experience, given delays of amenities and very loud neighbors has skewed our experience at the crest more negative. For someone who is looking for an up to date apt and younger crowd, also with a great location, then it is still a desirable place to live.

I have already recommended it to my family. My mother and aunt live in the apartment next door. That right there says a lot about my positive opinion about the apartments.
