The residents I feel, that has moved in lately ( last year or so) are running the property down. Trash is always out causing the hallways to stink. People hang out in the parking lot, hallways and the stairs. I don’t always feel comfortable taking my son to the pool.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone because the lack of security. Non-tenants continue to come into the complex and park in the already packed parking lot to use the pool during the day and after hours. They cause a mess and destroy property and nothing gets done about it. Anyone can walk in to the complex because some residents leave a rock to leave the door open and the gated door does not even lock even though it has a keypad. Everything else is ok but this is not acceptable for me and my family.

I believe the quality of both the buildings and renters have gone downhill. Called in a few noise complaints never heard from management. Just sleep through them now because I know it’s a waste of time.

The parking is horrible. Not enough parking spaces for residents and sparking spaces are too small. There are not enough cameras.

Overall it’s a fairly calm environment. It could be worse and it could be better.

I would recommend it because my experience has been good; it is a safe place to live; the office personnel is profession, kind and sweet; your maintenance is handled and I feel valued.

The walls are thin and downstairs neighbors blast their music often. Other than that it is a pleasant place to live. It would be nice to have an elevator.

The office community has completely changed recently. I would recommend for the apartment itself, but not for the office. They seem understaffed, overwhelmed, and generally rude.

I would

It’s a fine place to live, but essentially no different than any other luxury apartment in Dallas, and has worse parking and less perks than other apartments in the area.

The team is unorganized. These apartments are overpriced, this is not Bishop Avenue. And though we have the technology, systems in place for guests to access the building, these systems are not in use. It'd be great if residents had a code to give guests, so we don't have to leave our units every time we have a delivery or visitor.
