The property presents well. The model is staged in a very flattering way that makes it easy for the prospect to picture their possessions in the space. The upgrades to the pool furniture are a very nice touch and perfectly staged in respect to the model homes location. Touring the property was a very pleasant experience all around.

In this business, you have to be a people person. If you are not is shows. Also, you have to know your product!!!!!! You should never tell a prospect you dont know. You are the best source of information. For you to not know, shows you dont care. This is way you make a living, invest in it. I think training needs to be completed.
