Absolutely the nicest apartment building I have ever lived in. Great soundproofing between apartments. Great amenities: club house, library, art studio, theater, computer lab, gym, multi-level parking garage, garden, elevators, game room, billiard room, conversation areas, and many scheduled activities every month. There’s also a greenbelt and walking trail across the street and a grocery store within a mile.
