I would say beware. Three different times the apartment has tried to randomly charge us for things we were given no notice of, and things on their end don't get done promptly. I had to fight for an entire week to get my AC fixed in the summer, when all it needed was fluids. When they finally sent someone it took two minutes. Moral of the story, they don't care about you.

Champion's Crossing is cheap, and that's why I stay here. It's not in the best neighborhood and the walls are paper thin. The front office staff are rude and generally unprofessional. They are slow to respond to maintenance requests and never return phone calls. Always check your monthly bill too--they tend to mess those up a lot. Be sure to keep any documentation if you are offered a discount on your application fees. The employees offered us a great discount and then tried to take it away as soon as we signed the lease. We went in circles with them about this for a week.

The leasing professional was nice and personable. She did know the property and the surrounding area well. I would have leased with her.

The community is a well-established community in an excellent neighborhood. The community was well maintained and the leasing professionals did a great job.

The agent was engaged and helpful. He gave a good presentation.
