Office staff is very difficult to get in touch with. Calls and emails repeatedly go unanswered. Rent also increased. Everything else is satisfactory.

I think the apartment is great, but rent has gotten expensive. I never receive replys to my emails from the Office. The apartment needs a cleaning service on the weeknds that includes the pool area. Parking is not sufficient.

It has gotten very noisy, especially on the weekends with the people who rent short term. Loud, crazy pool parties with trash left behind all the time now. The whole community is just generally dirtier. For example, there has been a pile of dog poop in the parking garage for more than 3 days. The elevators are constantly broken. Mostly it’s the noise level and cleanliness that have both gotten much worse recently.

Would: Perfect place to live. Everything works, service requests are promptly fulfilled. Pool and gym are totally clutch. Couldn’t ask for more!

A bit pricey but it’s a nice place to live. I wouldn’t recommend living on the third floor or close to the pool as there are tons of cockroaches, but fifth floor away from pool seems to be fine. Staff is wonderful, especially Vicky. Mostly safe area.

I can't speak highly enough about the staff at Sabina. Vicki especially has been here since day one and the only consistency to this property. I know her being here has been the deciding factor when it comes to renewing leases for myself and others. However, when it comes to amenities they've really been compromised over the years. Internet is patchy, most of the televisions in the gym, and outdoor area do not work. The grills near the pool sometimes work and sometimes doesn't. The televisions on the ellipticals and treadmills do not work. The elevators go down regularly (I understand this is out of your control). Some of the computers in the business room don't work and the keyboards don't respond to that monitor. When we're paying higher rates in Austin you justify it by all the amenities but when most of the amenities are down you quickly begin to look at other apartments to consider for when your lease is ended.

I would recommend the apartment based on the location and the units themselves, but I would not recommend it because of the lack of upkeep on the pool and the high rental cost that is not reflected in the amenities and apartments.

I would not recommend this because the leasing consultant is very disrespectful. After complaining about her, she's still there.
Requests to fix things around the complex take a long time to actually get fixed.
