1, this month, there is a 10 dollar penalty in my monthly bill, without any notice. So I came to the office asking why, here is the answer from the office: there is a 25 dollar insurance shield service added to every one's bill, if you dont pay it you will pay 10 dollar instead. Then why no one told us before? You just add this to our bill without notice? What kind of service is this? The office also told me this was shown in the contract but sorry I have lived here a year and there was no such fee before, why it shows up now with your new office team?
2, yes, there has been a new office team now and then, it changes once in a month, does your team really hate us so they change every month or is it just because you have a bad management?
3, the pool was shut down by Austin safety department for two weeks or so but there was no explanation at all - was it contaminated? was it danger? how dare we continue swimming in future?

Why notH Because since last August when I moved here, managers have changed several different people, I don't think anyone will be confident to live here since this community changes the property manager so frequently!

There are some communication flaws, although I'm glad they are sending out flyers for notifications some days. But the place is nice and comfortable with good people.
