Neighbors are stuck up and weird, they arenât that friendly and always looking to tell the front office something instead of communicating the problem with you like you arenât their neighbor. and front office are not relatable to college students the building, facilities, and infrastructure is nice but very expensive and so much rules on simple things and willing to give you for any and everything.

Prices went up a ton when I was renewing my lease. It went up enough that is stung my otherwise positive feelings of Marq.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend it is because sometimes it feels like a dorm. As a young professional, I wish it felt more upscale and held its residents to higher standards.
Feed back is VERY important to us in making sure we continue to deliver the best living experience possible. We would love to hear more about things we can do to improve your living experience with us as with the rest of the community.

Complex is a little too "undergrad"/"party". Can hear people coming in from nights out and being rowdy in hallways. Dogs are off-leash. Residents seem to bring unlimited number of guests to use amenities. Overall, apartment is very nice, but residents don't always treat complex with respect

This community is too expensive to recommend to others. While it certainly is safe and beautiful, it is not realistic as a long-term residence for most people I know.

I emailed about the pet waste two times, and went in person once. After each time, I was told it was going to be cleaned up. After all that, it was finally taken care of after the in-person visit. But many ruined shoes and late appointments were made in the process.
We are so sorry to hear that! We have recently installed two new dog waste stations and we are working with the University Park Home Owners Association to enhance the Dog Park to entice residents to utilize that amenity as well. We hope that you are seeing a difference in this situation since these tactics have been put in place. Thank you for your feedback!

Too much monthly rent for the area (right off interstate) and what you get.
