Too many changes and some inconsistency. Since I've been here in less than 3 months there's been 4 different office personnel and the communication changes. For example, the parking situation - when I moved in I was told visitors can park in the visitors spot without a permit. I got an email that says "Visitor parking must NOW have a valid visitor parking permit (see parking policy for more details)". Went to the office to ask about this and was told that's not the case even though it says that in the email I got containing the parking policy. When you sign a lease you sign it based on certain understandings which you don't expect to change in the middle of your lease.

There are two many children and they have since refurbished a bldg. across the street from the Apartments which makes it a little difficult to exit in the mornings.

I don't hate it, but I don't love it, either. It's fine for now. Also, the noise from the complex directly east of us is SO obnoxiously loud. I can't stand being right next to them.

My name is Misty Hernandez. I am the new Property Manager. Thank you so much for taking the time to complete our online survey, your feedback is very important to us. I am sorry to see that you are not happy with our current maintenance team, Domingo and Rene. They have been here for about 90 days now and they are both amazing!! For the portal requests it only goes to the managers email, that is why there is a delay in the response at times. However I am available Mon-Fri and always submit service requests submitted during office hours and then submit the ones after office hours the next business day. If you have an emergency please contact the office and press the prompt for emergency maintenance, do not enter emergencies on the portal please. Do you have any outstanding service requests that need to be completed? I understand your frustration with the pool, but it is one of our main amenities and all of our residents may use that area. We try to keep non-residents out of that area, but it is a difficult task. During office hours it is easy for us, but after office hours it is difficult because we are not here. If there are ever non-residents using any of our amenities you can contact us if it is during office hours and if not you can call 311 (non-emergency police) and they should come out. With the other apartment complex that is loud you definitely can call 311 for that as well. Please let me know if you need anything else.

When this complex got bought out and became Ironhorse Flats, things have gone downhill. The grounds are trashy. The "poop" stations overflow. Security gate is not secure. Mail boxes have been broken into. This complex is not safe and that is one reason people are moving
