I really liked the apartment community and I loved the location and all of the amenities they had to offer. I felt like the price was a bit much, but I think that comes with living in such a convenient area. I was very impressed with the updated features and quality of the apartment.

The customer service was amazing and the office space very nice. The staff was nice as well.

The agent was really pleasant. The community was clean and attractive.

I would tell them that the walls and windows are way too thin. You can hear everything. From the construction to the trash trucks, to peoples conversations right outside your window (even from the 2nd floor). It truly amazes me how terrible it is for being at the Domain.

The leasing professional took pride in the community and management company. The community was very attractive.

To save their money and look at other options. It's not worth the money and stress.

Living is great. Great area. However, be thorough with the lease because management will slip in little charges without telling you about them. So, if you don't read for yourself, expect $100 here and there.

It is nice for me because I get to walk to work, but I feel the apartment is overly small for the price tag and distance from town. There's nothing really worth going to within walking distance, the stores are great but there's no real character to the area, it is very plastic. I'm disappointed in the random cheap failures I've seen (one of my blinds ripped off when I tried closing them, my toilet runs oddly every so often, there are random paint spatters around the apt, my friend who lives a floor above me had a roof leak, etc.) nothing really major but random little things.

It is a nice community. It does not have a lot to offer for the money. The office staff is very nice and genuinely interested in helping you.

Keep getting empty Promises that never get address or slow to address

You'll never find a place to park except on the roof. The staff, especially Ashley, are rude and have no customer service skills. This is a place where once you sign your lease you'll never be able to get a hold of anyone from the office again. The building itself is poorly made and they will take 6-8 weeks to repair anything you call about. Management does not answer the phones ever so plan on walking down to talk to them if you need anything, they will not call you back if you leave messages. My husband and I love Lincoln Apts and have rented from them for years, but this is an example of a management staff destroying a beautiful apartment complex with poor decisions and no care for the residents at all. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

This would be a wonderful place to live. The community had much to offer. Interior amenities included wonderful hardwood flooring, energy efficient features, nice windows for natural lighting and granite countertops. The exterior amenities were a beautiful pool, sun lounge with television, grill area and gym. Not to mention all of the shops and restaurants you can visit within walking distance. Couldn't get any better, with everything at your fingertips.

You will be surprised by the special features of a large outdoor television, a full size pool with a rain maker flow at one end, a gas pit, and two kinds of grills for barbecuing.

The ameneties are great, better windows than other apartments and overall quiet from the neighbors.
