This property is high on the hill overlooking beautiful downtown Austin. The staff was attentive and the grounds impeccable.

This is an older community, but consistent upgrades have been done to keep it looking new. The amenities and the community have been excellently maintained. The customer service was good. I would refer family and friends to this outstanding community.

One would likely expect more upscale apartment amenities at a property with fairly expensive rents.

I believe hardwood floors is becoming more desirable and with no apartments offering hardwood floors, I was not overly impressed.

I would tell them at there are too many speed bumps. Assuming that the only time I use my car is to go to and from work, 5 days a week and that's it, the two newest speed bumps add an extra 1040 hits to my shocks every year. If the issue was to make it safer for kids going to the bus then the problem should have been addressed with a gate instead of a ridiculous line of speed bumps.

If you've got rims on your car then it's a nightmare

The community was well maintained and appeared well cared for. I did not like that they did not have any two bedroom units on the first floor and that it seemed there were a number of add-on costs to the rent that was already high in comparison to nearby competitors.
