I was really looking forward to The Amli on 2nd, but I have to say the Management ruins the upscale experience.  The single tub, not garden tubs, single bathtubs are badly in need of resurfacing, the bottom of the tubs show major wear, which they refused to work on. It has the look of dirty feet on the tub even when clean, totally needs resurfacing. Then the bathroom sink is too small, you brush your teeth and spit out and it is all over the counter, the kitchen sink faucet when on does not even flow over the drain for the garbage disposal to drain, and the walls are paper thin, so much you can hear everyrhing from tvs to personal / private noises easily. The free internet does not work all the time. Tje lighting in the master bedroom and closets are dim.  The Amli rarely has fun neighbor social events, I have lived here over a year and barely know anyone in the building including the Amli management staff. There is no conceirge but no real customer service. The pool has old and uncomfortable lawn furniture and tenants are easily allowed to break the rules which effect the good tenants. For the amount of money I pay I could easily receive a higher class of  service at another high rise that appreciates a professional tenant like myself. The Amli on 2nd offers no real perks or Tenant appreciation events except breakfast tacos once a month while other highrises have wine type social events, where we can actually socialize. If run properly they should have monthly events for existing tenants, keep up with deteriorating apartment tubs and appliances and plan events partnered with local downtowm businesses to keep current tenants happy.
I recommend for you to shop around at the many new and older highrises before rushing into The Ashton on 2nd. I have filled out there surveys and emailed many times  but have not had any real success and wish they would have responded in a more considerate and caring manner. Just not professional.

This building is great and a great location but, the price per sq ft is expensive..

Staff is very good and the facilities are great as well.

AMLI Downtown is a better value but also not quite as new ...
