The Residence on Lamar from Shores and Ponde apart
Shores (1100 E. Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011) and Ponde (1224 E.Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011) combine as The Residence on Lamar in December 2014. New name but they do not know how to do paperwork, how they can handle residential issues?????
Please research before making the wrong decision to stay here.
New management is so bad. They are young without experience and bad attitude.
They do not know how to do paperwork. They automatically raise my rent and send past due notice last month and this month. I brought my contract to show them and they agreed their mistake. The following month, they continued to send past due notice twice, even I called and requested to check, Michelle said that ok and one week later, they send me other notice. DO YOU BELIEVE IT?
I am so sad when Tia(old manager) leaved. Now new managers with young team, no experience. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL FEEL SORRY WHEN SIGNING CONTRACT.
They changed a little bit, they raise your rent. In this season, two swimming pool closed, but the water fee goes up. Do you consume much water at the moment than in summer?? The sewer costs twice than before....and let see anything else. I hope that I move out as soon as possible.
When you renew your contract, they said that the price will be up more.
