Before signing check your lease for the dates!!!! We thought we had a twelve month lease, and when we went to give a 90 day notice they informed us that we have a thirteen month lease. They require that you give a 60 day notice instead of the usual 30 day notice. Be very careful and really pay attention to EVERYTHING in the lease.

When you enter the complex it seems friendly and welcoming enough. Of course when the staff first meet you they will be overly nice to persuade you into renting here. Do not do it. This apartment complex is in a downward spiral. The noise problems are terrible. The stairs are poor quality and even when people try not to make noise they still do. I think they have quit doing background checks altogether because the people who are moving in are getting worse and worse. These apartments are WAY over priced for such drama.
