In the past, I liked living on the property. Now, due to all the changing in staff, I am not so sure. The maintain is better than when I came in Feb. 2012.
The weight room has not been repaired or updated. I was told that it was being upgraded.
I asked for the carpet to be cleaned. I have been here for 18 months. The vendor that was used stated that the machine was stopped up due to something on the carpet. I informed him yea, dirt. I had the carpet cleaned four months prior to him coming with hot water.
I asked the office to have the carpet looked at and possiblily recleaned. I am still waiting. Then... I just decided not to have them back in the apartment.

My experience with leasing consultants was great, I was able to receive quick assistance as soon as I arrived. While visiting this community, I found leasing professionals to be professional, friendly and helpful with business customer oriented skills.

The property was well kept up. The staff was sincere and friendly, and the community seemed to be a safe and quiet place to live.

I have owned my own home for most of my life but when we moved to this area we needed some time to gather info about neighborhoods until we buy. After living here for 5 months, we don't know if we will ever leave. The apartmments are well maintained and Sandy and her staff do everything that is asked in a timely manner and are very pleasant to deal with. We love the location and after speaking with one of the local law inforcement, we were told this is one of the 3 safest places to live in Arlington which means a lot since my wife is home alone quite a bit.

It is quit peaceful. Very friendly ladies in the office.

That it is a very quiet neighborhood. What I appreciate most about the property is the fact that the exteriors are kept up nicely so that it feels like a very upscale complex.

OK except that it is often difficult to reach the staff. When I leave a message with the answering service I don't get a call back. I find it incredible that the answering service can not contact the staff directly. This has happened to me twice- the office is supposed to be open but the answering service answers instead of the call going to the staff- and the answering service says they have no way of contacting the staff.

The bigger one by one units offer a more complete amenity package.

I think the property was very well maintained and the apartment that I had the pleasure of viewing was very nicely decorated and for the value, I think it would have been a perfect fit.

When I came to the property I was impressed with the sign, landscaping, and the apartment community in general. It was very nice and somewhere I would call home. The staff was very nice and genuine to meet my needs. The leasing professional was very accommodating and interested in what I was looking for.
