I lived at Forest Ridge for close to 6 years. New ownership/management took over a year before I left, and they were by no means the reason for my move. Circumstances required me to relocate to a new city.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Forest Ridge. It was affordable, close to restaurants and convenient to my shopping needs. It's a large complex with a lot of long-time renters (4+ years.) The fact there was such little turnover during my tenure should tell you everything.

Parking was always a breeze, and I miss all of the storage space I had in my unit. There are five swimming pools on-site along with overnight security. Also, each unit comes with its own washer and dryer. That alone was the biggest reason I originally chose Forest Ridge as my home late in 2008. It's an amenity not seen often, and when one does come across such a deal, the unit is not within budget. Forest Ridge is the proverbial "needle in a haystack." I'll always look back fondly at my time there.--JS

I have lived at these apartments for over 7 years, and I love them! I originally had a two bedroom, now it's a one. The landscaping is always kept up, the maintenance team is excellent and always prompt to fix anything I need (and that's not often). The management and leasing professionals are always so nice and eager to help with any issues. The community is gated and I feel perfectly safe walking around at night. Very diverse community, most residents are polite and helpful. The pricing is excellent for what you get, and especially for the area. They have four pools, tennis courts, dog park, picnic area, sand volleyball, 2 hot tubs, fitness center. Love it! I highly recommend this apartment community to everyone looking for a home in the North Arlington Area!
