This property looked completely remodeled. The leasing agent was great to talk with, and she made me feel welcome and valued. I enjoyed my tour and the time I spent with the leasing professional.

The apartment model and community were beautiful. Everything was modern and stylish. Although the leasing agent was not very impressive at first, she did show me the great new updated amenities. The other agent was very friendly and had a very positive attitude.

The apartment in the corner had a lot to offer: its own private stairs, the facing of the forest in the back, and short distance to parking area, laundry facility and trash dumpster.

There needs to be an assigned tour route, and you need to show a model versus a vacant apartment if you have no amenities to show the potential resident.

The condition of the property was not very good. There were loose wires hanging right beside the office building. The leasing professional told me very little about the apartment or the community.
