Quiet Apartments with no deposit refund
The quality of the apartments is a 7 out of 10.  Carpet was bad when I moved in. I asked for new carpet due to stains, apparent problems at the edges, but they know you are about to move in and have no options to move somewhere else. Then they charge $199 to clean the carpet when you move out.Â
These apartments have less automobile  traffic than most. The basketball court is active with kids, so this means it is a friendly community. The kids play until dark even in the winter. About 20% of the available parking spaces are covered.
There is only one electric company to choose from/ Â Only AT&T, Dish, Directv to choose from. I got a glitch/pixel freeze on my AT&T about every three minutes. AT&T agreed there was a problem, but said it is probably the apartment complex's wiring, laid cable, Â is the problem.
