I thought Windrush provided a home with nice updates in a great location. I found the two different staff members I interacted with on the phone and in person to be friendly, personable and helpful. I think the updates provided in the finishes in the apartment were a good value for the price.

The apartments were nice, but the size of the bedrooms were small. The pool was very nice as well.
Thank you for your response to the survey. Unfortunately the two hall bedrooms in the 3 bedroom units are a little smaller however, the 2 bedroom units offer very large bedrooms.

The property is well kept. The appliances are upgraded in the apartments. The staff seems to be in a hurry and goes through the motions doing the job. I did not get a lot of information about the apartments or community.

I was not impressed with the community and was not given a reason to move there. The price compared to what I was paying, did not match up and I did not feel that I would be getting much more than a place to live for my money. I did not walk away feeling that I would be a valued resident and could not tell others that they should live there.

As I first entered into the apartment community, I noticed how beautiful the grounds were. I got to see a remodeled one bedroom apartment, that was simply lovely. It had adequate space for kitchen and living storage. There was no wasted space, like an empty hallway. It was very welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door. The cabinets and appliances were in mint condition.
So far its been a really good experience
I would tell them I am very happy. The apartment is very nice. I love the floors The staff have been very helpful, friendly and professional. The location is superb. All in all so far I am very pleased and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

The community is a typical community and it is small compared to others in the area. It appears to be an older community that is slowing being updated. The staff are pleasant. I feel that for the price and current condition of the entire property, it is not that much of a value and I would continue to look elsewhere.

the apartment is not well insulated and be carefull about their rent specials, get everything in writing, they backstep on some things.

I would tell them, its very quiet for the most part, Lots of space and everything is in good condition. We love the floorplans.
