I may or may not recommend the community to family and friends.

The property looked dated.

This property has a lot to offer with the location and attention to its overall neat appearance. While the staff I met hit the basics, a little attention on rapport building would only add to the strengths. Talking about the strengths of the property would make it feel more like a potential home, not just a property.

The outside of these apartments was very rundown. The blinds in some were torn up. The breezeways were not clean.

I would not lease from the community, because I did not get to take a tour and I do not know what the community had to offer.

The apartment that I was shown appeared to be dated. Some areas of the apartment were new while others were older and outdated. The interior did not match. The leasing professional did not seem interested in me being a resident. I felt as if she had a take it or leave it attitude. I was not impressed when I was told that everything I was being shown was not going to be available in the apartment that she would be leasing me.

Well to start with I can hear the people next door below me and if they cook yep can smell it to. When you have a problem where you think a rat is in your place the pest control guy says you need to get a cat... Well one of my friends got an apartment here and i did not get anything off my rent or anything, and I would think you would. I didn t not even get a letter saying come to the office. Lately the new people they hired are a lot better so i will hope it starts to get better.

It s a convenient location, close to the interstate highways and town s main roads.
It s near many greenways, and close to many important stores.
It s a green property.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The community was dated and the apartment I saw was not impressive.

This particular apartment community was of an older time. Some of the apartments and stairways needed repair and updating. The grounds around the apartments were adequate, but nothing impressive. The most attractive item was the swimming pool. It looked very nice. It was very large and it had a nine foot deep end, which was unusual.

I am far from impressed by this complex. The outside doors don't fit properly on my apartment so that other resident's cigarette smokes flows into my apartment constantly, and I HATE cigarette smoke!. The wonky door and poor insulation is keeping my apartment from cooling down properly. The AC is always on causing my bill to climb. My closet door won't stay on. And whatever one of my neighbors cooks, smells a lot like Indian curry, floods my closet with putrid smells. My clothes smell awful! There are no ceiling lights in the livingroom and bedrooms. The kitchen was so poorly designed that there's not even a place to put silverware. I was told when I signed the papers to move in that this was a very quiet community. I work nights and I always have screaming kids playing under my bedroom window for hours at a time. Neighbor's teenagers yell and scream at their parents in the middle of the night (literally). The walls are VERY THIN. If you are one day late with your rent they send you an eviction notice. I don't recommend this community.

I have only been there a few nights. Not sure I really have a full opinion yet

I thought the property offered a good value for living in the convenience and schools. The grounds and signage also looked recently improved and it was nice to see the work was being done on the pool and tennis court.
