damage at the end. I had one spot on carpet where I spilled soap on it. Then they charge me 1000 dollars in damages. Also my a.c. unit was broke for 4 month during the summer before they fixed. I lived in the apartment with temperature at 80 or higher. I had to put in 6 different work order before it was fixed because they would keep on saying it was fixed. Good luck getting anyone at the office. I worked third shift so I tried to go when they first open or before they closed. But more time then not they open late and close early. There was several times were I went a hour before they closed and there was no one there. Plus they are not open on weekend. The main office worker is the nicest lady named betty and she try to help you the best she can. But she does not know how do very much. So if you go in and get her be prepared to come back. Do not get me wrong betty is so nice and a wonderful person. Also watch you payment if you pay online. They double charged one month and it told three month to get it resolved because the property manager has to approve it and they are never there. I lived their for 4 year and there was 3 different manager. The room were not that bad. They are better now because three month before I left the property manager at the time came in and talk about all the changes they wanted to make. I guess that why they charged me 1000 dollars so they could pay for it.
