Different name same incompetent management
The management here is terrible. They changed the name but the service is just as bad as it was before.
Maintenance is non existent.
They charge close to $100 dollars a month in water and sewage.
Do not move in here. There is a reason all the apartments are empty!!

I'm looking into this complex, I was concerned about the water and sewage when the leasing agent mentioned that it was not included. When I asked if it would be around $20, the look he gave me was "absolutely not." Is there a breakdown to the water bill? It would be just me.
This place is just so awful and unstructured.
