The sign in front of the complex says " Luxury Apartments. " Believe me there's nothing luxurious about the apartments. This place is going down the drain fast.

I would not recommend Enclave of Grandview they promised a park for the kids which they never gave and then stated they couldnt afford it. Maintence takes weeks to show up to fix anything. The work out room is filthy always dirty carpet old exercise equipment stays broke smells horrible the tv has been taken out with wires hanging down. It looks like they dont have money our not managing the money that we pay for rent to fix up the place. Water at fishing pond look nasty and they dont care about their residents at all it is all about money. My advise search around before you pick Enclave of Grandview
