I been in Paces River for a little while now and i have not had any problems. The staffs are friendly, respectful, helpful and does their job. Any problem i have they will fix it as soon as possible, even though is a very big place and a few staffs, so i do understand if it takes a couple of days. No one is perfect. My neighbors are nice, friendly and approachable. I do recommend Paces River to any one. I know a lot of people have complain about any little thing and they think the place is horrible. I do not care what people say, but there is no such thing as a perfect apartment complex. There will always be that one person or thing that will get you upset, but like i said no one is perfect. I am a person who keeps it real and i think the staffs does a wonderful job and they make sure me and my family are living comfortably.
