I only live here because it's cheap. I would never recommend this place in fact I tell people don't live here.

The leasing staff are friendly and attentive. The property is well maintained along with the amenities. There is a pool area, fitness center, and grilling areas throughout the property. The leasing office has socials for the residents a few times per month.

The community's grounds, amenities and office were nice, clean, well maintained and inviting. I fell in love with the staff. They made me feel at home.

This was a great property. It was in a very good location and the staff that I had the pleasure of meeting was in a league of there own. The staff was amazing!

I would not recommend this community to anyone. The people here are very nice and quiet. The management however, never fixes anything. I have had a work order in for 3 months and no attempt has been made to date to make the repairs. As the other lady said, cockroaches are an issues. My home is spotless. You literally could eat off my floors. The bugs were here when I moved in. They have sprayed one time in the past 5 months.They do not adhere to the pet size in our contracts either. I have seen huge dogs residing here. There is no place for children to play. If they do go outside we are penalized. Its extremely expensive for the quality.

Have lived here several months and cant wait for my lease to be up.

I had a very nice time touring the property. The agent did a wonderful job in presenting the community in a positive manner.

The community was conveniently located close to dining, shopping and entertainment.

The sales agent showed a lot of enthusiasm and excitement during the visit. The sales agent asked me test close questions such as if I liked it or if I disliked it. The model apartment had some things that needed fixing; an overhead light, a refrigerator that opened on the wrong side, with the opening side against the wall, and a front door that looked beat up.

I was disappointed not to be shown any of the amenities that the community had to offer. If I had been a real apartment hunter I would have assumed that they were non-existent. Also, no attempt was made to learn what my specific needs were for an apartment home, other than my floor preference. The community offered a fair value for the price being asked for the rent. I found nothing at the community which would make me choose living there versus any other community.

The property could use a paint job on the buildings itself. The pool area could use umbrellas at some of the pool chairs.

I did not get to see the amenities available at the community. The team member was engaging and interested in showing the apartment. While she did try to focus on some of my needs, her presentation was more about the features and less about how that matched up with me. I would be happy to recommend this community based on price, location, and a pleasant sales presentation.
