At first glance, apartments look nice. But paint job, cabinetry and flooring very cheap. Office staff inexperienced, unprofessional and uncaring. Too bad because it has potential but unless changes are made, this place will go done quick. Garden beds a mess, people leave trash and cigg. butts all over. Aren't rules in place and enforced?? Spider webs everywhere, gym is dusty.....they need to step up!

These apartments are nice looking but you can tell they were slapped together quickly. Paint job is sloppy in some parts, cabinets look nice but are of cheap material. Floors look nice but very low quality - peel and stick type floors. No insulation. You can hear kitchen drawers open and close. Staff not organized.
