Horrible.

The management team is really friendly and the maintenance team try to keep up with structural, plumbing, and electrical issues. Not to many tenant problems in the area. There is an on-call security person if there are issues regarding noise and other related issues with tenants.

I felt extremely rushed during the tour. I would highly suggest just to slow down and get to chat a little more with the possible residents you are talking with on the telephone and coming face to face with everyday. I recommend trying to understand what the clients wants and needs are specifically, not just listing all the amenities.

Based on the rate quoted for the floor plan, I was surprised to find a custom countertop in the kitchen, as well as new appliances. The carpet looked new and the space was roomy for a one bedroom apartment. The enclosed patio was a bonus I had not expected and I could see it being used as a reading room or office. I was pleasantly surprised at the design of the bathroom. The community had sufficient amenities to keep me busy and the quiet and peaceful nature was notable. The leasing professional was engaged and made the experience fun.

The demeanor of the leasing professional led me to believe residents get less than the best customer service from the front office.

This was actually the worst experience that I have had touring apartment communities.
