This apartment complex is far over priced. The train makes going to campus difficult and sleeping at night when the train blows its horn is near impossible. The door alarms are constantly echoing throughout the entire building. Every floor has a serious ant infestation. The appliances work very poorly. The air vents have a horrible smell coming from them. Whoever built this place has no clue what they are doing. The walls are not straight, there are gaps between the ceiling and floors and the trim. DO NOT LIVE AT GREENE CROSSING.

I loved the management before I signed since then they have been unhelpful, lazy, rude, and generally awful. I went in there today to pay rent and get a temporary parking permit because my father wouldn't let me drive my car back to South Carolina. And I was told to not pay rent again late that it wasn't okay. I know that. Greene crossing doesn't care about their residents. If they did they would know I've never paid rent late and the reason I did was I was in the hospital this weekend and my car broke down. I was an hour late getting back and therefore couldn't pay. On top of a horrible attitude I ask for a temporary parking permit and he acts like a drama queen rolling his eyes in disgust as he has to get out of his chair and walk twelve feet to the manager's office. You were not meant for costumer service. I would not renew if my life depended on it.
