Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would because I really do love the community and the location is great. I wouldn’t because idk if I’ll be forced out with the next rent spike so why would I have friends and family move in when I’m not confident I will be here due to Friedman’s decision…

Cost to live in this residence is too high- when home depending on what unit you are in meaning the only the only way you can get out side air is to open windows- doors don’t have security screens systems- if you want to open doors you can’t leave open for fresh air- you will get bugs flies etc- entering

Very clean and friendly.

Rents way to high, We didn’t get brand new toilet seats, carpet or blinds as brand new tenants so I’m not impressed. I had to stub feces off the toilet seat from last tenant. I also had to put strong elbow grease into cleaning when we were told it would cleaned and prepared. My hope is that management will make it right because I really like living here.

Everything has been wonderful since we have moved in. Maintenance requests have been responded to and dealt with in a timely manner (and have often gone above and beyond our expectations), the community has been so sweet (when we had to put our dog down, the residents came together and signed a condolences card for us), and our unit has everything we need to make it feel like a true home.

Love apartment but overpriced for lack of amenities.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Overpriced. Claims to have “updated” appliances but does not. But it is the best place in town to live that allows dogs.

Would not, not ever. Not worth all of the money needed to live here.
