The apartment was dirty when moving in. I have had paint poured on my car, and bleach water poured on my car. The rug has stains everywhere. Was told it would be new carpet before moving in. There was not. Also the agent in office told me it would be “the softest of the soft” inquiry and it was a hard pull. The manager said she would get me a letter of deletion three times and has not.
