I have turned in my stove for repairs twice the maintenance guy's come out they use a thermometer and say the stove is functioning right but my food does not cook in the stove at the reasonable time.

Office personnel care about you and requests that you make, and those requests are handled promptly and professionally. MTC requests are handled the same way promptly and professionally.

I wouldn’t because the management are incredibly rude. Maintenance is also rude and often do not show up to fix my requests and/or the dont correctly fix my requests

Neither the security door or the door to my apartment secure properly. Tenants downstairs constantly leave their shoes out in the hallway along with their trash overnight. The front balcony is not safe to the point an engineer was sent out. I'm still waiting for the screen door to be put in for the rear slider. There was damage done to the ceiling when the sliders were put in maintance was notified still nothing
