I posted a review on another site and not going to go into length about the bad customer service. My Wife and I moved into a very dirty apartment with Roaches. We were told by the manager that they are not going to fix the items needing repair and that everything begins and ends with her. Very Rude, Bad Attitude and was more concerned about her cell phone than work!! DO NOT RENT HERE!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANAGER TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A PIECE OF GARBAGE, VERY RUDE. I HAVE HAD A ROOF LEAK FOR 3 MONTHS, THEY KEEP PROMISING TO FIX IT AND NOBODY SHOWS. I HAVE A HUGE HOLE IN MY BEDROOM CEILING THAT DRIPS ALL OVER MY FLOOR. I CANNOT SLEEP IN MY BED BECAUSE I HAD TO COVER AND MOVE IT SO IT DOES NOT GET DAMAGED. I SEEN WHERE THEY WERE RECENTLY IN THE NEWS KBKA FOR THIS HAPPENING TO SOMEONE ELSE. MANAGER DOES NOT CARE, SHE WILL RENT YOU THE APARTMENTAND THEN DROP YOU LIKE A HOT POTATOE ONCE YOU SIGN THE LEASE. I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT AT THE END OF MY LEASE AS MY BACK HURTS FROM SLEEPING ON THE COUCH. MANAGER WILL NOT LET ME OUT OF MY LEASE, MOVE ME TO ANOTHER APARTMENT OR ANYTHING. ALMOST TO THE POINT OF CALLING HEALTH DEPT OR GETTING A LAWYER.

I am a recently separated man in my 60's. I took an apartment from these folks about six months ago. The young lady who showed me the place was very helpful and friendly. So far, I have not had any issues. They are remodeling a gym here in my building, so I will be able to save on a membership. I also spent some time at the pool this summer. Quiet building. I would recommend to anyone looking to move to the north hills area.
