For the price, you would expect better maintenance. These are OSB dumps with minimal amenities.
Probably the worst part is the gas bill, which is apportioned out by the size of your unit. I think that some leave the windows open all winter to drive up the usage.
The second worst part is that the management will not take action to enforce the rules. Repeated offenses are never addressed.
Finally, they keep jacking the rent without making any improvements to warrant the increases. The dump is fully paid for by now, and the rent increases are often double the CPI increase rate.
