i lived here in 2004 under previous management and even though it wasn't the greatest i decided to try again with the new management in 2014-15. it has gotten much worse. there have been no updates to the apartments in over a decade. carpets, cabinets, utilities, and kitchen equipment are identical from a decade ago.

to make matters worse, amenities that are in the lease agreement such as proper lighting in the complex and hallways are broken. Gutters are filled with trash that leads to flooding on the deck. the deck is rotting away, my family wouldnt even use it. the heating in the winter cannot warm the bedrooms which were absolutely freezing. the washer and dryer on premesis was broken and the office refused to fix it saying it was contracted out to a third party company. all lease violations. in short BUYER BEWARE!
